the breakfast buffet was a letdown it lacked variety especially for kids also getting a simple order from the restaurant took ages food arrived late sometimes wrong the buffet seemed confused unclear if extra payment was needed for orders generally the service wasn't smooth or quick staff seemed stretched or disorganized it was frustrating not relaxing.

Angelicka welcomed me warmly at the pool. yassine was attentive. He anticipated when i needed another drink. maruf quickly served drinks at the busy bar, and mr boiken, the manager, greeted all guests with a smile.
The restaurant service was slow. I waited a long time for service! the buffet system seemed disorganized.

Breakfast offered a good variety. I especially liked the fresh pastries. the dinner main course options had limited variety. They weren't a buffet, as in other similar hotels. it was still nice overall!

The pool offered fine sunrise views. It looked across the water. the hotel provides access to the beach. It's a short walk. the hotel's position gives convenient access to many local places.

beautiful roomamazing viewhelpful staff
the atmosphere was fantastic. our room was very beautiful and comfortable, with an amazing view of the sea and palm. the hotel pool was excellent. the staff were the best and very helpful. i would like to thank all the staff, especially the respectful management, for their professional work. my family and i greatly enjoyed our stay.
